Jerusalem Day (2024)

Happy Jerusalem Day (Yom Yerushalayim)! Celebrated June 4–5, 2024, Jerusalem Day is an Israeli national holiday commemorating the reunification of Jerusalem and the establishment of Israeli control over the Old City in June 1967. This day is particularly significant as it marks the victory in the Six-Day War and fulfills the 2,000-year-old prayer of “Next Year in Jerusalem,” giving thanks to God.
