A Fresh Wind at the ICEJ Feast of Tabernacles 2026

By David R. Parsons, ICEJ Senior Vice President & Spokesman

Dear Friends and Prayer Partners,

As we make final preparations for this year’s Feast of Tabernacles, the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ USA) is getting ready to welcome over 1,200 Christians from some 70 nations around the world for this unique biblical holiday. Yet something new and exciting is happening this year, as we expect a record number of more than 2,000 local Israeli believers to join us for the Feast.

We have always welcomed Israeli believers into our midst at the Feast. But coming out of COVID and the October 7 war, we are sensing a fresh wind and direction for the Feast, as the Lord is leading us to bring Christians from the nations into closer fellowship than ever before with local Messianic and Arab believers.

After everything they have endured over recent years, these local believers also have a growing desire to connect with the Christians ascending to Jerusalem for the Feast. Indeed, Israeli ministry leaders have expressed to us this same leading from the Lord that they should play a greater part in hosting the nations at Sukkot. Thus, there is an exciting new dynamic taking shape around this year’s Feast.

Throughout the week of the Feast, Israeli believers from across the country will take part in our worship celebrations and special prayer schools. Hundreds of young Israeli believers also will join us for two special youth worship nights featuring the Upper Room worship team from Dallas and the local SOLU-Israel worship band.

In addition, on Israeli Guest Night we will host a large group of new immigrants to Israel from the Bnei Menashe  community in northeast India. They have only recently arrived in the Land and are beginning a new chapter of their lives here.

To help all these Israelis to attend the Feast in Jerusalem, the ICEJ will be sponsoring buses coming from across the country. We also want to provide meals for the groups of Israeli youths and new immigrants during these day-long trips to Jerusalem.

The prophet Zechariah foresaw a day when “many peoples and strong nations shall come to seek the Lord of hosts in Jerusalem,” particularly at the Feast of Tabernacles (Zechariah 8:20–23; 14:16). This beautiful vision is taking on special meaning as we see Israeli believers eager to welcome Christians from around the globe in a prophetic gathering of the “One New Man” (Ephesians 2:15).

Our desire is that these local Israelis should be able to participate as our guests. We want to welcome them, provide transportation and meals where needed, and allow them to experience the joy of the Feast without cost being a barrier.

This is where we need your help.

By giving a Feast Offering, you will help Israeli believers come together with Christians from around the world, encourage the younger generation in their faith in Yeshua, and extend a warm embrace to new immigrants starting over in their ancestral homeland.

So, please consider making a generous Feast Offering this year. Thank you for helping us make this Feast a prophetic model for the years to come.
