Felipe Hasegawa

ICEJ USA is thrilled to welcome Felipe Hasegawa to the team as our new Director of Donor Services. Felipe joined ICEJ in late August of 2026, bringing with him a wide range of expertise and 17 years of dedicated experience in the nonprofit sector.

Felipe’s background is as vibrant and global as his heart for service. Born and raised in Brazil to a Japanese father and a Lebanese-Italian mother, he is a Brazilian American with a deep passion for connecting cultures and communities. Today, he and his wife, Monique, are celebrating a wonderful new chapter in life as proud parents to their newborn son, Judah.

In his role, Felipe serves as a vital bridge between our partners and ICEJ-USA’s mission. He views fundraising not just as a job, but as sacred work, honoring the trust and dedication of every donor. “I am a born connector,” Felipe shares. “I love to bridge people and relationships and see what new connections can accomplish for the kingdom and God’s purposes.”

Felipe’s passion for Israel is deeply rooted in his faith. When asked why Israel is important to him, Felipe affirmed, “Because I read my Bible!” He deeply values ICEJ’s pragmatic work in supporting the Jewish people, combating antisemitism, and educating the next generation about God’s promises to Israel and the nations. His faith is anchored by his favorite verse, Proverbs 4:18: “The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day.”

Outside of work, Felipe loves global travel, exploring multiethnic cuisines, and enjoying quality time with his family.
